Sketchbook doodles: Landscapes with colored pencils [free replay!]

This live reply will be available to anyone for the next 7 days! Check out my process on drawing landscapes with colored pencils

Thank you to everyone who joined my live video, even with a little tech issue! I’m so glad we could still make it work. If you missed it, don’t worry, this replay is available to everyone for the next 7 days.

In this video, I talk about how I practice drawing landscapes in my sketchbook. It’s one of those exercises I like coming back to, and it’s a great way to find my rhythm with colored pencils as I don’t use them on their own that often. I’m a mixed media artist at heart, so I usually only use them for an extra texture or on working on details.

Have you ever tried sketching landscapes in your sketchbook? If so, what’s your go-to medium?

Also, for my next live, some people mentioned they'd like to see more on gouache. Does that sound interesting to you? Or is there another medium or technique you'd love to see me explore?

Let me know in the comments or reply to this email

Until next time,
